I bring you greetings in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ! It's an honor and a pleasure to welcore you to the virtual home of the Mighty Theta Lambda Lambda Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraterity,Inc.
We are humbled that you decided to visit and hope you find it very informative. The Omega Ps Phi Fraternity, Inc.for more than 114 years has been one of the world's leading organizations for achieving academic excelence, developing leaders, and most importantly serving the community.
The Men of Omega Psi Phi live by Four Cardinal Principles: Manhood, Scholarship, Perseverance and Upift. The Brothers of the Theta lambda Lamnbda Chapter are commited to serving our comnunity through our National Mandated Programs: Scholarship, Social Action, Assault on literacy, College Endowment, NAACP, Memorial Service, Talent Hunt, Reclamation & Retention, Voter Registration, and Health Initiatives.
The Men of the Theta Lambda Lambda Chapter beleve that we should Lift As We Climb. With that charge we have committed ourselves to mentoring the youth, awarding scholarships, providing awareness for health and other social issues, as well as providing social guidance in the Fayette and Coweta County areas. With all that we do in the community our greatest efforts have come in the form of our Scholarship. The men of Theta Lambda Lambda have awarded more than $500,000 in scholarships through our Non Profit arm the Thomas “TJ" Jefferson Foundation.

My foundation remains grounded in faith and family, who continue to provide the strength and guidance I need to stay centered and committed.

I am honored to be recognized by the very brothers who embody the essence of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. First and foremost, I would like to thank God for His guidance and blessings, which have been my compass throughout life.
When I reflect on the core principles of our fraternity—Manhood, Scholarship, Perseverance, and Uplift—I am reminded of the monumental legacy we are charged to uphold. These principles are not merely ideals; they are a way of life, a roadmap that has guided me in every endeavor. I am humbled to know that these values have been seen in me and in my efforts to serve our chapter and community.

The Honorable Brother Langston Hughes wrote a great poem titled ‘Live your Creed’.
This is by far my favorite Poem. In this poem he says….” And the very best of teachers are the ones who live their creed, For to see good put into action is what everybody needs…”
While this is only a short excerpt of powerful lesson on Manhood, this poem is an example of a principle I strive to live by. I am honored and humbled to be recognized by the brothers of the Theta Lambda Lambda Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. It is my hope that my hardwork, perseverance and dedication to service will serve as an honor to those who have paved the way before me and those who will come after me.
